Gosolvo (operated by KZ Digital LLC) provides custom online booking system development for local businesses. This includes a client-facing booking page, an admin dashboard, and any agreed add-ons (payment integration, calendar sync, SMS notifications).
Our base service is priced at a one-time fee of $199 USD. Optional add-ons are priced separately and disclosed before any payment is requested. Payment is due only after you have reviewed and approved your demo. We do not charge monthly fees, platform fees, or percentages of your bookings.
We aim to deliver a working preview of your booking system within 5 business days of receiving all required information (services, branding, logo, domain details). Delivery timelines may vary if required information is delayed on the client's end.
We include reasonable revisions before your system goes live. Once deployed, minor changes (updating services, prices, availability) can be made through your admin dashboard. Significant changes after delivery may be quoted separately.
Because you review and approve your system before paying, we do not offer refunds after payment has been made and the system has been deployed. If we are unable to deliver your system for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
If you do not have a website or hosting plan, we can host your booking system at a subdomain of gosolvo.com (e.g., yourbusiness.gosolvo.com) at no additional cost for the first year. Continued hosting beyond the first year may be subject to a small annual fee, which will be communicated in advance.
If you choose to host the system on your own server, we provide deployment support but are not responsible for server downtime, configuration issues, or data loss on third-party hosting providers.
Upon full payment, you own the booking system built for your business. Gosolvo retains no ongoing rights to the system. We may use a general description of your project (without identifying details) as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Gosolvo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use your booking system. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid for the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. KZ Digital LLC is registered in Wyoming.
